  • The client has made a duplicate payment by mistake.
  • The service has not yet been started, nor have any resources been allocated.
  • We have failed to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work as per the contract or proposal, and this has been documented.

To request a refund, you must submit a request via email to info@cubedigitalsolution.com within 7 days of the payment date, clearly stating the reason.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Client delay or lack of communication.

  • Any third-party issues or downtime outside our control (e.g., hosting, ad platform policies).

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • An acknowledgment email with transaction details will be sent.
